Refund and exchange policy

 

You satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to return an item, please fill out the request form on the back of your original invoice which is in the package and return it with the item(s).

Returns must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance items (found in the Sale section of the site) may not be returned.

 

When the return policy comes into effect, we will refund value of the returned items into either your paypal account or credit cards. If sold-out or out-of-stock event occurs on our products, we will also refund the cost of the items to you.

 

According to the shipping policy, if the refund causes the total value of one trade to reduce to less than $70, the free shipping pomotion is automatically expired. In that case, we would charge $10 on buyer as shipping fare without further noticing.

In order for us to maintain our low prices, please $15.00 for all other international shipments to cover postage and handling of your exchange request. All exchange requests must be received within 30 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no postage and handling charge.

Any products with the Free Shipping Promotion* have no shipping costs, regardless of location or item quantity. Delivery times are usually 3-10 days.

 

* Free Shipping Promotion only comes into effect only on the condition that when the total value of the ordered items reaches up to $70 at minimum, any trade worth of less than $70 will be charged $6-$18 from the buyers as shipping fare.

 

 

This shipping method is the fastest available.  Shipping cost is $10.Delivery times are between 3 - 5 days to all major destinations.

 

 

Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less ,about $8, Delivery times are between 6 - 10 daysto all major destinations.

 

 

 

For some items, there is an option to ship your order by Air Mail. If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail, it will automatically appear as an option when you checkout. Delivery times are between 15 - 20 days for all major destinations. Shipping fee is $4.  Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option.
