To find your size: Stand with the back of your heel against a wall. Place a ruler along the inside of your foot and another perpendicular to it touching the tip of your big toe. Record the length in inches or centimeters and find your corresponding size from the chart above. Measure both feet, if they are slightly different lengths, base your shoe size on the longer foot.
